Working It Out!
Yes! After Bali (yes my Bali entry will come up soon)thats what I have been doing....Working it Out, Getting SunBurnt, dehydrated...
Yesterday went to East Coast with Sharm and Eels! hmm nice...shall call her eel now instead of ella(princess in tamil)We reached there at 9 pm and really sweet talked the shop owner into renting us the bicylces 'cos the shop had already closed...so naturally it worked and he even came out to tell us to be safe on the road and take care...we had to get a single and a double cycle 'cos Ms Sharmila can't CYCLE!!!haha i tried doing that but nah i realised b4 both of us end up in the bushes with scratches all over us, i let eels do the honour...I bet Sharm had a hell ride cos their cycle kept going off track with 2 heavy bags and an additional tent bag...haha i happily ran away from them before they cld pass it on to me. but of course being an angel i took it later :)
I have decided East Coast is one of the best places to eat seafood...not in terms of jus the food but the setting and activities, etc...the place where we like to go is at the end after the jetty whereby they have a huge open space and a lot of stalls ard with a lot of satay sellers as well..i think it's carpark C...if am not wrong. The oyster omelette over there rockzzz!!! i mean totally yummy! the oyster is so soft and nicely cooked, u can onli feel a tinge of its taste, it definitely doesn't taste raw as it does in most other places. Other than that we had Satay, Stingray, Kang Kong, Prawns in Ginger sauce. we wanted hotplate tofu..but none of the stalls there sell it. Oh and the prawns were terrible didn't taste nice at all...we shld have had ordered from the other stall that sold Cheese prawns, creal prawns, etc..a unique blend i must say...go fish that stall out whn ur there!oh and sugarcane juice is a must :)
After dinner, we went off to find Dil who was incessantly calling Sharm and was desperate to meet us...The ride back was terrible again...it was a verrryyyy warrrmmm nite...but we persisted and met him at Coffee Bean. He was going to help us pitch the tent..but we hadn't decided where to pitch and onli had 2 cycles..so Dil being as clever as he is said ok ella, sharm and him will ride on 1..eels and i tried to on the single one but it was impossible...so this is wat the end scenario looked like : Dil on the seat, Sharm at the back, Ella on her lap. But of course, he cldn't manage...so they tried another trick: everyone same, Sharm in front of Dil on the bars...a basket wld hav bn more appropriate! lol Finally we found a good spot, with not many tents in sight..so we decided to settle there...but to get off from the cycle track to the beach we had to cross a rough ground, with a lot of tree roots popping out...and now talk about talking big...Dil started scaring Sharm that he is going to take the cycle from that place and Ella joined in making poor Sharm protest...And the minute they did that Ella jumped off, basically she was thrown off luckily she managed her balance or she wld hav landed on the ground..and Dil and Sharm barely managed to keep themselves from falling....Oh well so much for scaring Sharm when none of themw was able to cross successfully...lol
It took us 1 hr, and a lot of sweat to pitch the tent. luckily the ground was wet so it was easier.
We decided to act lame and made Dil do the 'opening cremony'sprinkling 'holy' water on him the whole time...so naturally that resulted in a water fight later and all of us were soaked to our skin! but it felt refreshing. So there i was sitting down, whn suddenly eella and sharm come back sayin we're allowed to pitch tents in the area cos of unpredictable coastline or sthg like dat. there went our efforts and Dil also wasn't there to help us...but we saw another tent nearby so jus dcided to ignore it and stay. Ella's argument: "I want to experience Tsunami".
After eating a big tub of Ben&Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice-cream and a huge bag of sinful spicy potato chips, we finally fell asleep at 4 am..we've turned into good gals...we didn't drink AT ALL!!wow no alcohol feels good actually!
the warm nite had turned chilly and we didn't have enuff stuff to cover ourselves cos apparently we thout it'd b warm the whole nite... so i took sharm's shawl and wanted to snatched ella's jacket cos she looked so comfortable with it!
i keep hallucinating throughout the nite..thinkin am alone in the tent...in the morning we realised all of us went thru the same thing...haha well serves us rite for choosing such a secluded spot...but it felt gd to hear the waves splashing against the rocks and stars overhead.

we got woken up by the tormentin heat at 8am. b4 dat i remember sharm getting out of the tent for she heard some classical chinese music and people we doing tai-chi at 6 am in the morning....owwwww...i thought she got out to scold them...haha but she was too sleepy to form words into a sentence so i dunno wat she said. oh at some point of time in the morning one of the cleaners there peeped into our tent...oooohhhh so scary!!!!luckily i ddin't c him, if not i'd hav freaked out!
so we fianlly packed up by 8.30. What's the point of waking up early when everything looks like this??
So please stay i and snooze off...After returning the cycles and went to bedok cinema...had a Mac brkfast
Watched Mr Bean's Holiday. Horrible movie..don't watch it....a bad attempt at making people laugh....realli terrible i almost fell asleep...after that we watched The HAunted School, a chinese movie..hmmm ok not bad. I like chinese, thai and korean horror movies the english horror ones are realli pathetic. The movie was gd, pretty scary but the ending was lame...as in TOTALLY lame. but hey this kinda theatres are good man...u can watch a movie for 5 bucks!!!ahha and no1s in the theatre! so u can put ur legs up and all and no1 cares! lol gd 4 sleeping..but the sound quality is not as good as the multiplexes...
Hmmm not a bad post...my blog was gathering dust as fel says..now it's better lol

Sometimes some things just prick your heart. they may not be intended to, but the damage is done, all the same. it hurts. i shouldn't be kept so free...it's dangerous. thoughts, negative thoughts run continously thru my mind. i shouldn't be taking it seriously, but i don't want to overlook anything. some things just pierce thru the facade i have....

Being Indian....
decided to be a bit indian now that the results are going to be announced soon. Went to the temple yesterday and prayed, realli prayed to God that i do well in my exams and get a good GPA....
finally the indian embassy is happy with me and so after making me wait for more than a month...i will get back my passport next tues! phewww....and so am off to bali next friday 4 a week...i sooooo wanna get outta this place!!! met ella last nite for dinner whereby we ended up takin lame videos. this of course made us the recipients of unwanted attention... ewwwwww
but ignoring all those fools, took some lame pics....

Today met her once again and trotted off to Little India...hmmm south-indian food after a lonnggg time feels good...after roaming around we decided to get a henna tattoo :)) *all smiles* I loveee it!!!!

SSUp??!Hmm..life is as per normal..nthg much to say...Srry bout the emo outrage the other day...was feeling miserable...gratefully outta that pit!
life's bn gd..met Sharm on friday and signed for Aussie unis in Perth and Melbourne...well all Mass Commies are so confident they won't get into local Unis that almost all of them have run off to Aussie....Hmmm i hope i get into local U though...i realli realli want to PERIOD so now i jus have to submit the final sem results and dats done then...i am sure will get into some uni but i hope whichever that is is affiliated to Ngee Ann so i can get credit exemptions then i can fly back ina yr or 2....but but but that is if am actually going...sthg that i honestly don't want to not now..there're too many things here that need my attention...lol
Aft signing up, we met up with Ella and Dil (sharm's god brother)and went to catch a Music & Lyrics..hmmm okok not verrryyy nice..not verrrryyyy bad....very light hearted, pass ur time kinda movie.the movie ended at 2.20 am and we hadn't had enuff of it so we went for the 2.30 show of Norbit...ok this was funny...but again not verrryyyy nice....My next target: Dreamgirls.
The movie ended at 4 am and we were super lazy to go home..so we decided to go pubbing....BUT BUT BUT no pubs ard there were open at 4.30!!!and I having been drunk on vodka and tequilla, don't want either of those drinks near me...makes me feel nauseous....:( So left out: BEER @ 7-11...yea i noe i said i don't like beer but other than vod, teq that was the onli othr option. Oh a margarita wld have been gd.....
so basically dats all we did...fool ard until 7 am whereby Dil and I got tired of giving signals to Sharm and Ella who were chatting up a security guard near Wisma
Sharm to the guard: So after ur shift ends in the morning, do you feel tired or fresh??
Hhahaha fresh?? he just finished a 12 hrs duty!!!!
Ella to the guard: So how much do u earn?
lol the accountant at work...how much do u earn, commission???haha lol it was funny...
I was sneaking into my house at 7 making no noise at all when suddently my dad came outta of his room.
Dad: What's the time??
Me: ummm 7.40....
Dad: Is this the time to come home?
Me: not realli but i couldn't get a cab and we were in town where there are no cabs at this time i mean if i had been at clarke quay i'd have bn at home long time ago but bcos of town all this happened, they shld realli hav more cabs frequenting there
Dad: (just walked away)
ya as if he was going to buy my xcuse....for the next 2 days i was the recipient of silent treatment
