Back In Action!!!
Wow! It's almost a month since I last blogged! Sorry fans....but Ms Bollywood's back!!!So chill..And chilling is what I will be doing soon too....considering only 4 working days are left! It's been a wonderful ride, immeasurable experience, tirade of emotions and feelings for the past 5 months....I find it impossible to believe 5 months have passed...it surely doesn't feel like it...!
Sometimes, I wanted internship to end soon as I missed my kakis back in school...@ other times...I liked working and learning new things every day....Now with only four more days to go..I feel extremely depressed...I will miss working in Asia PR Werkz...I will miss the Mr. Teh Tarik with his yummy hot teh and cold iced teas which kept me company throughout the afternoons when I had to battle with tiredness....I will miss the yummy porridge in China Square....and of course I will miss wearing formal clothes..Soon, it'll be back to denims and cardigans...But, most of all I will miss Raffles Place....isn't it the best place to work???I just love that area..an influx of offices, food courts, shopping centres, pubs and the river by the side...according to me 1 of the best business districts....
To top it all...Ella ia attached to the BIG 4 in Cross Street..just 2 lanes away from my office! If only we had our internship in the same semester! We'd have had a ball!man....That's sad....I don't believe the bad luck...
Back at school...it's going to be a tough semester..better to rest well during the hols...All the electives I've chosen are pretty tough..I wanted PR, Advertising and Marketing..but after being told by a lot of people that it's a killer combination I dropped Marketing...I just couldn't bear to drop PR. Oh well...at least while working I got atleast 7 hours of sleep. Once school starts it'll be back to 1-3 hours of sleep or no sleep at all...Man....Mass Comm's getting tougher year by year...As they say...you gotta be in Mass Comm to know Mass Comm..It seems like a cool course only until you start practising it...Phew!
Oops..and let me tell you about the clubbing scene...Ella and I went to Clarke Quay yesterday and nce again ended up in MOS...we keep ending up in the same place time and again....And we saw Shan there! For those of you who don't remember or don't know him he is Mass Comm's Web Design teacher...Hip and Happening teachers we have I must say...They were going to Attica...but Attica was super crowded man...oh well am saying this??? Isn't MOS the most crowded club you have seen!! Oh and I know that cute bouncer's name!!! His name is Avinash Rai haha...Well other than him there doesn't seem to be anyone good there....:( Time to go club hopping!!!) That's a call for Wan jun and Mabs!lol
