MY WEEKEND AGONY
My eyes are finally back to being 'civilised'. So let me enlighten you with some GK about ur eyes.
1)your eyes are super sensitive
2)your eyes are the 1st to react to sudden chnges in water i.e temp
3)never touch ur eyes without washing your hands
4)don't rub ur eyes.
So on saturday, I woke up to find my right eye ten times its normal size. I had no idea it was that freaking serious! Then a small bump starts to appear...and it grows bigger and bigger and by Sunday it is blocking my vision. So i went to the doc with a very despondent expression.
"Oh, it's very common.Just extract the whatever in the 'bump' and have antibiotics and you will be fine in just 2 days." says the doc
Me: Surprised look(u mean it's dat easy)i look almost victorious.
Doc: Keeps staring at me...waiting 4 me to say something..."Come lie down over here"
Me: "Huh for what?"
Doc:"Let me squeeze out the'wadeva'(i 4got wat she called it)
At this the meaning of squeezing starts to sink in...She takes a huge, sharp needle and PIERCES the 'bump'!!!!!!!!!ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh e cries of pain, the agony, the grief i've nvr known!!!!!and then she continues 2 squeeze and squeeze my eyelid until she is satified....by this time i have kicked her, screamed to make the small boy outside cry and sworn wit all e words i wldn't b caught dead using...
After she is done....appx 15 mins later the 'surgery' ends......and by then my eyelid is in an horrible state...u dun wan to noe wat...and how...
so eyes take care of ur eyes...u hav no idea of the pain that sears thru ur body when a needle and a pair of hands squeeze ur swollen eyes when u have bn scared to even so much as touch it cos it hurts-oh-so-much...and then some1 cums and squeezes it.....owww **** the pain!!!!!
